As of January 1, 2024, Efficiency Vermont has eliminated the stove replacment requirement, making it easier to save on the installation of a qualifying wood stove. The point of sale rebate is $400.00 and all Woodstock Soapstone Wood Stoves qualify. The wood stove must be EPA 2020 certified, have a 75% (HHV) EPA Efficiency, and get installed professionally (no self-installations allowed). That means you can combine the Efficiency Vermont rebate with the 30% Federal Wood Stove Tax Credit for the best savings!
VERMONT REBATE DETAILS:
- Rebate amount of $400.00
- New, high-efficiency wood stove must be installed in Vermont
- Stoves must be installed by a professional stove installer. Self-installed stoves are NOT eligible for the rebate.
- Qualifying wood stove must be EPA 2020 certified & have an EPA Efficiency (HHV) of 75%
